Sale-A-Bration might be over, but…

Just popping in for a quick note to say that it’s April 1st and that means that the 3 months of Sale-A-Bration is over. OH NO!!! Gone are the Chicks, and the Tasty Truck and the wonderful In The Lines DSP!!! But never fear there is still plenty of the Occasions Catalogue left before we enter into new Annual Catalogue season!  Do we need a Special Reason to love these stamp sets?  No we do not!

This was a technique and card idea using the Special Reason stamp set that I CASEd from Alisa Tilsner in Australia and an excellent way to use the new Stampin’ Up! Watercolour Pencils.  I love that they coordinate with our papers and inks!  First, stamp with Sweet Sugarplum and Old Olive. Second, colour at the base of the petals with the Rich Razzleberry Watercolour Pencil and the base of the leaves with the Old Olive Watercolour Pencil.  Finally, use your AquaPainter to draw the pencil colours up the petals and leaves for a pop-off-the-page bouquet of flowers.  This card is SO much better in person.

Needing a Sympathy Card is never a happy occasion but expressing your thoughts has never been easier with a flower bouquet created with love.

Let me know if I can help you with your greeting card needs…

Thanks for looking..
