The Wonders of the One Sheet Wonder!

I had a couple of very successful Epicure classes last week and needed to create some thank you cards for my class guests. Since I needed quite a few the one sheet wonder popped into my mind. This is such a quick and easy way to make the best use of every little scrap of that oh so gorgeous paper! Because I needed a bunch I used two different patterns which can be found on my just started Pinterest board – https://pin.it/3wDVT6A

I decided to work with the new Ornate Garden Suite available early from the new 2020 Annual Stampin’ Up! Catalogue. This suite is simply beautiful! There are so many elements in this mega collection that you can purchase all together or bits at a time. The links below show the entire collection and the various bundled parts.

I stamped a couple different saying combinations and used the dies that come in this suite to create lovely labels for my cards. I find these dies cut much better if they are run through the die cutting machine at an angle. A little weeding out of paper bits later I’m ready to go!

I was able to create 21 cards from two sheets of 12×12 paper and coordinating Calypso Coral, Mint Macaron and Old Olive cardstock. If I did that with the whole pack of DSP I could end up with more than 120 cards! Incredible!!

For those of you familiar with my crafting space here is a little sneak peek of the changes coming post
